Design Build/Fast Track

We offer Design-build services for our select clients. During design-build our team of seasoned Project Managers, Superintendents and Estimators will be made available as needed to support the design team in making decisions to conform to your project’s goals and objectives, including your financial and budgetary needs. Construction Management/Project Management

Urban Agriculture a division of Composition Construction also offers services to manage the construction process for you, while you maintain the critical control of managing the cash flow of the project. Our employees have the essential knowledge and experience to guide the Construction Team in making mission critical decisions.

CM/PM is one of the services offered by Urban Agriculture. We will act as the owner’s agent and the extension of staff for the owner and provide contract management, project management, supervision and scheduling as well as all the services to complete the project.
